Leadership with Corey

Founder of HOP® Leadership (Higher Order Performance®)

For more than a decade, I’ve walked alongside entrepreneurs, executives, pastors, and nonprofit leaders who wanted to achieve more than success, they wanted significance.

I believe that the best leaders don’t just perform well, they lead from wholeness.

When your Skillset, Mindset, Heartset, and Soulset align, your leadership becomes a living expression of your faith.

Faith. Focus. Freedom.

My Journey:
From High Performance to Higher Purpose

Like many leaders, I once chased performance at the expense of peace.

I learned firsthand that strategy alone can’t sustain you, not without spiritual grounding and clarity of purpose.

Through years of coaching, ministry involvement, and executive experience, I discovered a deeper truth:

True leadership flows from alignment, not ambition.

That revelation became the foundation of HOP® Leadership:

A movement where high performance meets higher purpose.

From performance to purpose

The HOP® Model:

A Framework for Faith-Based Leadership Growth

The Higher Order Performance® Model is built on four transformative pillars:

1️⃣ Skillset — Master the tools and strategies for effective leadership.

2️⃣ Mindset — Cultivate focus, resilience, and mental clarity.

3️⃣ Heartset — Lead with empathy, humility, and emotional intelligence.

4️⃣ Soulset — Anchor your vision and actions in spiritual truth.

Together, these create a whole-person model of leadership, integrating science, psychology, and faith to help you lead powerfully and purposefully.

My Mission

To empower faith-driven leaders to rise to their highest potential, not just by doing more, but by becoming more.

When leaders experience true spiritual alignment, they become lights in their organizations, their churches, and their communities.

That’s the kind of transformation that ripples far beyond performance, it builds legacy.

“My calling is to awaken leaders to the truth that faith and performance were never meant to be separate.

When your inner life aligns with your leadership, you move from striving to thriving, from pressure to peace.”
